FileMaker Developer
Synchrone InfoSystème inc. is a growing software development firm that specializes in FileMaker Pro applications. We are looking for an intermediate to advanced FileMaker Developer. Synchrone InfoSystème is looking for a full time professional who can analyze, design, innovate and implement FileMaker Pro solutions for our growing customer base.
Requirements & Qualifications:
•Two years or more of experience designing, implementing and deploying FileMaker database solutions using FileMaker Pro or Pro Advanced/Developer and FileMaker Server.
• Comfortable developing and deploying large multi-user solutions and managing software development projects.
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Comfortable on both Windows and Macintosh platforms
• Familiarity with database modeling concepts
• Experience in web enabled, distributed system development
• Excellent professional references
• Committed to making and meeting deadlines
Helpful qualifications:
• FileMaker Certified Developer. (If you're not yet certified, we'll pay the examination fee!)
• Ability to install and configure FileMaker Server Advanced; knowledge of ODBC access and custom web publishing.
• Experience managing software development projects.
• Experience with SQL, JavaScript, PHP,
• Computer science degree or certification.
• A scientific background would be considered
Optional BONUS Skills:
Proficiency in Web programming languages such as HTML, PHP, and XML as well as development experience with SQL Server, MySQL, ODBC, JDBC, and Excel is a definite plus.
Compensation will be based on your experience.
